Guests access the Upper Snug through the spiral staircase. A wide set of stairs is available on the side of the building for those requiring more stability. If you are handicapped or unable to utilize the spiral staircase, please let us know in advance and we will accommodate your visit in the lower level.

Please note the Upper Snug may be unavailable on some evenings due to private or special events. If the Upper Snug is unavailable, your flight will be served to you in the Lower Snug. We will notify you if the Upper Snug is unavailable, or you can contact us in advance before you book.

We are a 21+ establishment and require ID verification. Minors are not allowed in the lower or upper levels of the Whiskey Snug, including babies and young children even if accompanied by an adult. No exceptions.

Due to fragile products and limited space, only service animals are allowed in the Whiskey Snug.

• The Upper Snug is open to members only during the week. All tastings will be served in the lower level of the Whiskey Snug.

• The Upper Snug is open for reservations starting at 1 PM on Fridays to Sundays.

• Some dates may be unavailable due to prior events.

• Table reservations are available Friday - Sunday beginning at 1 PM. Same-day reservations are not accepted.

• Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed. We recommend you book in advance.

• You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your reserved time at no charge.

• If you cancel your booking, a refund will be issued to you within 3-4 business days.

• Menu prices and availability are subject to change due to market volatility.

• You are welcome to tip in advance online and/or tip after your tasting. Tips are not expected but greatly appreciated!

• Only one person (the host) needs to book on behalf of the entire party. The reservation charge will be applied to the group tab.

• The group tab can be split up at the end after the reservation charge has been met.

• No refunds will be given if the reservation charge has not been met.
