    • The Upper Snug is available for rental Sunday - Thursday nights starting at 5 PM and Saturday nights starting at 6 PM.

    • Friday nights are not available due to live music.

    • Some dates are subject to availability due to other rentals or private events.

    • The Upper Snug can host up to 35 people.

    • All guests must be 21+

    • Please have valid I.D. ready to present.

    • No pets allowed except for service animals.

  • Guests access the Upper Snug through the spiral staircase. A wide set of stairs is available on the side of the building for those requiring more stability. If you are handicapped or unable to utilize the spiral staircase, please let us know in advance and we will accommodate your visit in the lower level.

    Please note the Upper Snug may be unavailable on some evenings due to private or special events. If the Upper Snug is unavailable, your flight will be served to you in the Lower Snug. We will notify you if the Upper Snug is unavailable, or you can contact us in advance before you book.

  • Your rental is available for 3 hours from 6 PM to 9 PM. Host can begin set up at 5:30 PM. Tear down and clean up must be completed by 9 PM.

    If you are needing a different time, please let us know in the inquiry form. Time change is not guaranteed.

    • Two Snug ambassadors will be available to serve behind the bar for you and your guests.

    • You can request a specific Snug ambassador to work the event. Staff availability is subject to change.

    • Bottle share events are not permitted.

    • No outside alcohol can be brought in. All alcohol must be provided by the Whiskey Snug.

  • Our amenities include a large, mounted flat screen TV (perfect for casting presentations), WiFi, bathroom, hallway for catering, lounge seating, and A/C and heating.

  • Monday - Thursday:

    • $500 ($200 deposit + $300 drink tab)

    Saturday:

    • $600 ($300 deposit + $300 drink tab)

    • 20% gratuity will be added at the time of final payment.

    • No refund will be given if the $300 drink tab is not met.

    • Client is responsible for any balance due after the $300 tab has been met.

    • Pricing is subject to sales tax.

    • Deposit is due at the time of booking. Drink tab plus 20% gratuity is due the day of the event.

    • Additional tipping is not expected, but greatly appreciated!

    • Cancel 48 hours before your event to receive your deposit back.

    • No refunds will be given for any cancellations within 48 hours of your event.

    • If the drink tab has already been paid before the day of the event, a full refund will be paid back regardless of cancellation window.
