Buzzard’s Roost Sipping Whiskey was founded in 2019 by Judy Hollis Jones and Jason Brauner after a chance meeting during a barrel pick sparked the idea for their own bourbon brand. Their vision was to create whiskey that was both exceptional and unique. Using Char #1, extended 18-month oak seasoning, and exclusive toast profiles, they bring out rare and complex flavors in every batch. From their first three barrels of Indiana rye to today’s six core expressions and special releases, Buzzard’s Roost has earned nationwide recognition and continues to redefine American whiskey with sharp vision and bold creativity.
